Bio

Coaching Career Overview:

Brett Voth is in his 4th year as the Head Coach of LEAD. He has a wealth of experience, from playing collegiate football at Pacific University and having previously coached at Pacific University and Sac State.

Over his 6 year coaching career, he has developed a reputation for helping soccer athletes get faster and build the physical qualities required to succeed at the next level. Spearheading the performance training for the men’s and women’s teams of Iron Rose FC, Brett has become one of the premier soccer performance coaches in the area. Brett also serves as the Director of Performance for West Park High School’s football program where the team regularly posts 10 win seasons and has numerous players each season sprinting well over 20 miles per hour.

Coaching Philosophy:
Brett emphasizes player/human development, accountability and culture. His coaching philosophy centers around leadership and effort, aiming to create an environment where athletes can be themselves while developing their performance on and off the field.

Notable Achievements:

  • Established West Park Football's Strength and Performance program in 2023.

  • Developed numerous incoming-freshman soccer athletes, helping them prepare for their transition from high school to collegiate sport.

  • Known for developing the highest level soccer performance program in the region; blending injury-prevention, strength training, and skill development for high school soccer players. Notable athletes include: Erica Grilione, Lauren Hunter, Shea Ryan, Nalani Damacion, and dozens more.​

  • Coordinated off-season training for top NWSL players since 2023.

Education and Certifications:
Brett is completing a degree from Sac State in Kinesiology.

He holds certifications from Pre-Script Level 1, APCC, and more including AED/CPR.

​

Personal Life:
Brett is originally from Bakersfield, Ca. He currently resides in Roseville with his husky, Johnny who has become a synonymous part of the athlete culture.
