Minutes of Coach-led Training

From start to finish, a coach leads you through the entire session; they guide you through every exercise, help you select proper weight, and above all, ensure proper technique. Both our Strength and Performance Programs are designed to build upon the weeks and months before it so that you're always seeing progress no matter when you start.

Minutes Hyper-Focused on Your Goals

While our TEAM (group) sessions are focused on building strength and either improving body composition or becoming a more robust athlete, we want to keep your goals front-and-center. Enter in: Game Plans. With the LEAD Hub, you'll receive customized workout programs that you can do after your workout or on-the-go! Your goals, your Game Plan.

A great workout isn't defined by an all-out-exhausted, I-can't-move feeling. The best workout is the one that you recover from quickly and leave you ready to crush your next one. At LEAD, we design workouts to efficiently maximize your time without running you into the ground.
