ROSEVILLE'S WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL SOCCER LEAGUE TEAM
LEAD is proud to be the official strength and performance staff for Iron Rose FC providing pre-season and in-season performance training and in-game data monitoring. Each Iron Rose athlete has a team of performance coaches to support them through competition, training, and recovery.
With in-game GPS from Catapult, we're able to provide coaches and athletes with strategic insights so they can make better decisions throughout the season; analyzing player movements and team dynamics, capture every nuance of athlete performance on the pitch.
Iron Rose was established to become more than just a soccer team, but rather a community movement. The club will operate through a partnership with Roseville Youth Soccer Club – a community-driven, non-profit, volunteer-based club with over 4,000 youth players. Through the partnership, Iron Rose will launch comprehensive youth development programs as the club recognizes the importance of nurturing young talent.Iron Rose will enter its inaugural WPSL season as a newly formed club with a leadership group that collectively brings extensive experience in developing clubs on and off the field, including work across some of the most recognizable American soccer leagues.
