NEW PRICING STRUCTURE FOR PRIVATE TRAINING

Starting March 1st, we will be adjusting our pricing structure for Private Training for current members. In 2023 we dropped the price of Private Training. Since then, we have added immense value to Privates and, as a result, have reached our current capacity for Privates. We are not able to accept new 1-on-1 athletes without seeing a drop in quality when it comes to accountability and service.
Our new pricing will see an increase in each tier and is now reflected in our Membership Listing for all new members.

NO PRICING CHANGE FOR PERFORMANCE OR FOUNDATIONS

Since opening in 2021, LEAD's avg group pricing has actually dropped! While groceries continue to get more expensive, we have strategically priced our group training to be more affordable than the other group training gyms in our area while aiming to give exponentially more value. The average athlete at LEAD trains 3 times per week and pays LESS than they did when we opened in 2021.
We currently have no plans to change our current group pricing model. On the other hand, we do have plans to continue to improve LEAD to give more and more value.

NEW 14-DAY MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY

We now offer the ability to freeze memberships to up to 14-days to allow for more flexibility when traveling for tournament, family vacations, or unfortunate sicknesses. A Freeze can be requested in-app message, email (info@trainatlead.com), or in-person and can be made for any amount of time up to 14 days; at which point the membership will resume as normal.

This essentially extends out a membership cycle as to not lose paid sessions.

14-DAY CANCELATION NOTICE REMINDER

As a reminder, full cancellation requests are required to be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Any cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the current cycle will be processed at the conclusion of the following month.
Your next renewal date is available in the profile tab of the Momence/LEAD App.

This policy is in place as we limit how many memberships we make available at LEAD (currently 100). LEAD Performance intentionally caps enrollment to ensure appropriate coach-to-athlete ratios, facility capacity, and training quality. When a membership is active, that space is reserved specifically for the athlete and is unavailable to others who may be on a waitlist or seeking to join.

Late cancellation requests do not provide sufficient time to responsibly reallocate that reserved spot to another athlete. The 14-day notice period allows us to manage staffing, scheduling, and waitlisted athletes in a fair and operationally sound manner while maintaining the standard of service our members expect.

Alternatively, a change in memberhsip level, either up or down can be made at any time.

For Cancelation requests, notices must be made via in-app message, email (info@trainatlead.com), or in-person.

NEW TRAINING SESSION LATE CANCELATION TIMELINES

For all group sessions (Performance and Foundations), sessions can be cancelled and moved at any time prior to 2 hours before a session. Group session sign-ups have a cut off time of 2 hours prior to the start of the session, essentially locking the athlete into that time; if an athlete cancels within the 2 hour period, it blocks another athlete from joining. A late cancel within 2 hours will result in that session being docked from their membership.

For all Private Training sessions, our cancelation window has been expanded from 12 hours to 24 hours. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will result in a docked session from the athlete's current Private Training package.

Each member/athlete is allowed one (1) initial late cancellation in which they will not be docked a session but given a warning. Any late cancellations following will be subject to the above policy.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT DURING TRAINING

Parent Viewing Spaces:
Parents will now be asked to remain seated in the chairs near the front desk or in their cars during training. With the limited room in the gym, parents walking through the Weight Room and the Movement Lab pose an injury risk to athletes and themselves while athletes are running, jumping, or lifting.
Effective immediately, parents will not be allowed beyond the front desk unless requested by a coach.

Parent Sideline Coaching:
The most important thing in our industry is the relationship between  coach and athlete. That relationship requires trust from both the athlete and the parents.
Parent coaching of any kind will not be tolerated as it undermines the coach's relationship with the athlete. Instead, we suggest raising any concerns by contacting us via the chat in the Momence/LEAD App or email.

Parent Filming:
For the safety and privacy of others, parents are not allow to film in the gym. The development of athletes is the main objective while athletes are training and we want to keep that front and center. The pressure to perform in a game is identical to the pressure to perform in front of a camera and creates a barrier of distraction between athletes and coaches.
For this reason, we offer two options to capture and showcase athlete progress.
1 - Ask a Coach: LEAD coaches have been trained and briefed to assist athletes while being able to record their workouts. If an athlete is of recruiting age (high school sophomore or older), you may request that a coach records a few videos during the workout if and only if that coach is confident the athlete is performing their exercises at a proficient level. If not, coaching over capture is our priority.
2 - Highlight Video: LEAD offers highlight videos available for purchase from our in-house videographer. This highlights your athlete through one of their workouts from start to finish and is delivered to you within 5 days of their workout. Pricing information can be found at the bottom of our Memberships page here.
