Minutes of Movement
We're taking a new approach on Speed, Agility, and Plyometrics.
Athletes need to move like athletes. Step aside agility ladders; our foundations program aims to game-ify training so that athletes feel like they are competing in games.
Not waiting in line for the next training station!

Minutes of Building A Foundation
After their Movement Training, our middle school athletes will work on strength training technique. We want our athletes going into high school weights class confident that they know how to lift properly with great technique.

Total Minutes of Coach-led Training
From start to finish, our coaches will lead our Foundations group watching diligently over the group of less than 8 athletes. We aren't just here to watch over technique but to encourage, laugh, and ensure each athlete builds an early, positive relationship with training.
